As-Salamu Alaykum wa-Rahmatullah
This piece of art was handwritten by Haji Sajid many years ago.
It's image appears distorted due to the fact that it is encased in a permanent frame, and scanning the work within the frame did not quite work out.
We shall, however, endeavour to post more works by the artist in the near future, with a better resolution, In'Sha'Allahu Ta'ala.
